I made Dosas today, with a Carmelized Onion, Potato and Beef filling/dip. Very filling, quite delicious and easy to make.

It's been nearly 2 years since the Dante/Max/Hand incident. I still bear the scars and always will. My wrist still aches from time to time. My newest Bead and Button magazine arrived yesterday and it had instructions for 2 different chainmaille weaves I'd not heard of in it. So I decided it was time to try making chainmalle again, to see if I had my former strength back in my hand yet.
