Chocolate-Cinnamon Pizzelles.

My mom in law gave me her Pizelle maker a few months back. I've since hooked the hubby on these, as well as the 'Special' Pizzelles(Orange and Rum)...

Recipe-

3 eggs
3 Tablespoons Cocoa (I used Hershey's Special Dark)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup melted butter (I used unsalted)
3/4 cup PLUS 3 Tablespoons sugar

Beat eggs and sugar. Add cooled melted butter, cocoa and cinnamon. Sift flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture. Batter will be stuff enough to be dropped by spoonful. Can be refridgerated to be used later.

Bake on pizzelle maker, close and bake for 25-30 seconds. REmove and either lay flat to cool, or roll around cone to shape immediately. If flat, dust with confectioner's sugar.

Makes roughly 30 pizzelles.
