Authorities in Manassas are looking for a local teen that disappeared around noon on Wednesday.

13-year-old Alexis Glover was last seen outside the Central Library on Mathis Avenue. She has multiple medical issues and is developmentally disabled. Alexis was wearing blue jeans, a green and beige sweater and white tennis shoes when she disappeared.

Police have been conducting an extensive search in the area including K-9’s and a reverse telephone call system. However, that she may be hiding in a shed or dog house or any place a small child may be.

Anyone with information should contact the Prince William County Police Department at 703-792-6500

The Judith Leiber Handbag Exhibit, 'Earthly Delights'

The exhibit will display several of the designer's miniature evening bags from the collection donated to the Museum by Rosalie Shaftman of Roanoke, who has been collecting Leiber handbags for more than 30 years"

The array, which includes 92 Leiber bags, launched the Museum into the No. 1 spot for the largest collection of Leiber handbags in the US.

Only 30 pieces are on display at a time and are rotated out periodically. Which means, I need to go back and get photos of the others.}:P

From miniature rabbits, to lifesized roses, to simple boxes, to cigerette lighter shaped purses... the collection spans them all.

This last piece was my absolute favorite of the entire collection at the Museum.

There were 2 actual beadwork pieces at the Museum. Rather unexpected, if I do say so myself.

For some reason, I got close ups (sort of. }:/ ) of one, but not the other. Hrm.

Caena is currently being fascinated by a stinkbug crawling up a chair leg.

It's funny watching her poke her nose at it, then back off again.

Now she's just laying there... staring at it. LOL
