Couple questions for everyone..
Got a few half formed creative ideas that need alittle prompting to become full fledged designs and plans...
1- What *inspires* you and why?
2- Define 'Dignity', and what it means to/for you.
Realised I should answer this myself....lol...
1- Inspiration- flashes of something so profound that you want to capture the essence of it in something tangible. A certain color set off by sunlight, the way someone looks at you, the purr of a cat, the twitches of a sleeping dog, the falling autumn leaves, the friendship you receive unasked for, unlooked for.
2- Dignity- Selfawareness, self worth, truth and honesty, the way a person carries themselves as if the weight of the world wasn't upon their shoulders, inspite of everything, grace, hope, a purposefulness of life, the spirit shining through all adversity...
See, I can define it myself, for myself. But the question is... how do you portray it in a tangible way that makes it ....obvious so to speak.. when one looks at it.... in regards to a quilted wallhanging.}:)
