That just ain't right. No man should be able to go from a perfect splits, let alone *DO* the splits, to a handstand that smoothly. It ain't natural I tell ya.

Little background- I collect rocks. Don't matter what kind or how big. As long as they are from another state or another country, or even another continent. I'm rapidly running out of shelf space, lol. Currently, I have a rock from nearly half the US, one from China, a baggie of 'shingle' from Britain, a rock from a castle in Ireland and a couple good sized ones from Mexico. Used to have volcanic ash from Mt Pinatubo in the Phillipines, but I lost it in the house fire in '94. Anyway....

My customers love me. lol

One of my regulars went to Canada last week, the same one who brought me rocks from Ca, Ok, Mo, etc, including one from Laura Ingalls Wilder's home. she brought me a piece of pink and grey granite from the Lion safari, then they went on a tour of a castle that some Canadian billionare built, and while they couldn't 'steal' me a rock, like they did the one from Bunratty Castle, Clare Ireland, they bought me one!
Its a gorgeous piece of clear amethyst with a pewter minuature of the castle on top. Clearest piece of amethyst I've seen since the piece my dad gave me from the Upper Penn in Michigan.
My fav rock is still the one that my friend Baba sent me from China while he was there on his professorship. He literally went to the river, found this beautiful rock, took it to a craftsman, had it cut in half and the kanji for 'Wolf' carved into it , and sent it, along with a small pot of Chinese red ink, to me as my own personal chop! Its a gorgeous golden color with cream hints.

Also got rocks from Chatham , Mass, and one from Egg Harbor, NJ, recently.}:)


I also have a new hobby... along with reading, writing, beadwork, sculptural beadwork, woodworking, chainmaille, etc etc etc... I have found that resist painting and overdying is freakin' awesome and exceedingly fun to do. Now to figure out how much money I need to get a good stock of supplies........ Gonna be broke for a verra long time.


And to top it off, I'm officially off the midnight shift! Yes!!! Micheal has decided he will work the 2 nights we needed someone, part-time, so as to have abit more spending money. Yay!!!!! I gots my weekends back!!! *happy dance*
